4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

8zkaa accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers from major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and Bank Mandiri
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and other approved Indonesian digital payment platforms

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to daily and monthly limits as determined by 8zkaa and your chosen payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your 8zkaa account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours.

You acknowledge that 8zkaa is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment provider, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control. All deposit transactions are subject to verification and approval by 8zkaa's fraud prevention systems.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

You agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited.
• You will not use 8zkaa for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Deposits made from stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Procedures

Members may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this section. All withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by 8zkaa.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 per day. Higher withdrawal limits may be available to VIP members. Multiple withdrawal requests within a 24-hour period may be combined and processed as a single transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

8zkaa strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances:

• Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) requested during banking hours are typically processed within 3-5 minutes.
• Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays are typically processed within 24 hours.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger additional security reviews may require 24-72 hours for processing.

8zkaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or in cases where fraud or abuse is suspected.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be denied or delayed in the following circumstances:

• Your account has not completed mandatory KYC verification procedures.
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
• Your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these terms.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds your verified payment method limits.
• Required documentation has not been provided upon request.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Bonus Terms

For example, a bonus with 10x wagering requirements means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8zkaa customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by 8zkaa

8zkaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You fail to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months or more).

In the event of account closure by 8zkaa for breach of terms, all funds may be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
